Merrell Bros., Inc. was contracted to dredge, dewater and transport the Wastewater Treatment Plant sludge from one (1) 10-acre lagoon located at the Thibodaux Wastewater Treatment Plant. We mobilized six (6) Ashbrook Belt Filter Presses, one (1) IMS Hydraulic Dredge & five (5) Semi-tractors & Trailers (see picture below). Merrell Bros., Inc. dredged and dewatered 2,950 dry tons of biosolids and transported the sludge to a Republic Waste landfill for disposal.
