Merrell Bros., Inc. was contracted to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to install a complete sludge dewatering operation at the Southeast Water Plant located in Houston, TX. This contract was for a five-year term, onsite and fully staffed to operate sludge dewatering for the annual sludge volume of 6,000 to 10,000 dry tons with an average of ~8,500 dry tons.
