Bethel, AK

This projected involved the dredging and dewatering of approximately 4000 dry tons of municipal sludge. This was an extremely challenging project in the remote town of Bethel, AK. There were no roads that lead into or out of Bethel. All traffic arrives via plane or barge. Not having the right part was not an option or it would result in about 4 days of down time to wait on a package via air. We showed up late in the summer and ran 24 hours a day 6 days a week for 6 weeks to complete this project on time before the Alaskan winter arrived. This job was as challenging as it gets in our industry, but we were thrilled to take on the challenge.
