Merrell Bros., Inc. was contracted to remove and dispose of the existing baffles, survey the baffle alignment, and procure and install baffles in the primary and secondary lagoons. The project involved dredging, dewatering and disposing of the sludge in the primary lagoon. The project also involved ensuring our equipment arrived on time and completing the project before freezing weather.
