Merrell Bros., Inc. was contracted to hydraulically remove up to 22,000 wet tons of water treatment residuals and sediment contained in the Treatment Plant’s Wash Water Lake. This project also consisted of a large quantity of vegetation and phragmites that needed to be removed along the exterior of the lake by mechanical excavation.
